In accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and related legislation, this notice explains which personal data we process when you use our website, for what purposes and on which legal grounds.

Your personal data is processed only for the purposes above and in a proportionate manner. Please fill in only the required fields in our forms and do not share special categories of personal data (health, religion, criminal convictions, etc.) in message fields.
3. Method of Collection
Your data is collected electronically through the contact and dealership application forms on our website, server logs and automated means such as cookies.
4. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. For the purposes above and within the framework of KVKK Articles 8 and 9, your data may be transferred only to the following parties:
- Suppliers from which we receive website hosting, email and information technology services,
- Google, used for website analytics (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics). Under these services data may be transferred to servers abroad; transfer takes place only if you have given your explicit consent,
- Google Fonts (typefaces), Google Maps and YouTube (and Vimeo for video content) embedded on the site. When this content loads, your IP address and browser information are sent to the relevant provider,
- Public authorities and judicial bodies that are legally authorized.
5. Retention Period
Your data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and within the statutory limitation periods in the relevant legislation; at the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized. In general, contact and dealership application records are kept for up to 2 years after the request is concluded, and access logs are kept for 2 years in accordance with Law No. 5651.
6. Data Security
To protect your data against unauthorized access, loss and disclosure, we apply reasonable technical and administrative measures, including HTTPS encrypted connections, access authorization, security headers, regular software updates and form spam protection.
7. Your Rights under KVKK Article 11
As a data subject, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- Request information if it has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad,
- Request correction if data is incomplete or inaccurate,
- Request deletion or destruction under KVKK Article 7,
- Request that correction, deletion and destruction be notified to third parties to whom your data has been transferred,
- Object to any outcome against you resulting from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
8. How to Apply
You can submit your requests regarding your rights, together with information verifying your identity, in writing to cetintas@cetintasbeyazesya.com.tr or to the address above. Your application will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request; if the process requires a separate cost, the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you retain the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority.
9. Other Websites
Our site may contain third-party links and content such as social media, YouTube and maps. The relevant parties are responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

This policy may be updated depending on changes in legislation or our services. The current version is always published on this page.
